摘 要:氢能是一种清洁的可再生能源,由于传统的储氢材料和储氢技术达不到氢燃料电池电动车的实用要求,储氢问题已成为氢能应用中最急需解决的关键问题。用KOH活化法制备了沥青基活性碳纤维,利用低温(77K)N2吸附法测定沥青基活性碳纤维的BET比表面积和孔结构,沥青基活性碳纤维的比表面积为1484m^2/g,微孔孔容为0.373m^3/g,采用日本SuzukiShokan公司的PCT测量系统,测试沥青基活性碳纤维的储氢性能,在液氮温度和4MPa压力条件下,沥青基活性碳纤维储氢量为4.75%(质量分数)。Hydrogen is a clean and renewable energy carder. Because conventional materials and technologies for hydrogen storage cannot meet the needs of fuel-cell-powered automobiles, how to store hydrogen more efficiently to reach the DOE target has become one of the most urgent and difficult problems to be solved in hydrogen applications. The pitch based activated carbon fibers were prepared by KOH treatment. The adsorption performance and porous structure were investigated by nitrogen adsorption isotherm at low temperature (77K) on the base of BET and DFT. The BET specific surface area and micropore volume of the pitch based activated carbon fibers were 1484 m^2/g and 0.373 m^3/g respectively. Hydrogen storage properties of the samples were taken with PCT measuring system based on volumetric method, Suzuki Shokan Corporation. In the experiment, the sample was put into the reaction container, and the container was immersed into liquid nitrogen carried in a Dewar vessel. In this way, the hydrogen storage properties at 77K were obtained. The hydrogen storage of the pitch based activated carbon fibers was 4.75 wt% at 4MPa.
