摘　　要：以合肥市某未管所为个案,运用社会学的实证研究方法,调查了未成年人性犯罪的特征,并从未成年人的生理和心理因素、性教育的缺失、帮伙文化的影响以及大众传媒的不良刺激等角度对未成年人性犯罪的原因进行了深层次的探讨。Taking a certain juvenile prison in Hefei as a case, this paper investigates the features of juvenile sexual crime by using sociological method of case study, and makes in-depth discussion on its causes in view of crime sociology from the following aspects： physiological and psychological elements of juveniles, lack of sex education, influence of gang culture, and negative stimulation of mass media, etc.
