摘  要:采用过滤法探讨了水化时间、水泥种类、水灰比、水化温度等因素对高硅酸三钙水泥水化体系早期水化液相中离子浓度的影响。试验结果表明:在开始水化后1h左右,水化液相中的各离子浓度快速上升,然后缓慢增加。水化4h左右时,Ca2+、SO42-浓度达到最大值,然后快速下降至一定水平,其余离子浓度则保持一定的稳定值;水化液相离子浓度随水泥种类的差异而变化,随水灰比的增加而降低;随水化温度的提高,K+、Na+浓度和pH值升高,而Ca2+、SO42-、SiO44-、Al(OH)4浓度降低。In this paper, the effect on the ions concentration in solution during the early hydration of high C3S Portland cement is investigated. The influence factors include the hydration time, the kind of cement, the ratio of water to cement and the hydration temperature. The result shows that ions concentration increase quickly after hydration for about 1 hour, then rise solely. After hydration for about 4 hours, concentration of Ca^2 + , SO4^2- reaches the biggest value, then rapidly declines to some level. But the other ion concentration maintain stable value. Ions concentration changes with different kind of cement. In addition, increased ratio of water to cement leads to decrease the ions concentration. Concentration of K^ + , Na ^+ and pH increases with rising hydration temperature. On the contrary, concentration of Ca^2 + , SO4^2- , SiO4^4- , Al(OH)4^- reduces.
