摘　　要：在最新NDB数据库中蛋白质-DNA复合物晶体结构数据的基础上,应用x2检验的方法对DNA动力学结构关键参数的数据分布进行检验,结果表明,各参数分布均是非高斯分布.数据分布曲线的偏斜度和峭度表明x2检验的结果是正确的.The data distribution of the key parameters in DNA dynamic structure was calculated on the basis of protein-DNA complex crystal structural data in up-to-date nucleic acid database. The results show that the distribution of the most parameters is non-gauss distribution on x^2 test. The skewness and kurtosis of the data distribution curve indicate that the conclusion is correct.
