摘　　要：目的评价手外科骨折患者实施舒适护理的效果。方法选择手外科骨折患者152例作为研究组，选择同期120例骨折患者为对照组，对照组采用传统护理方法，研究组在此基础上实施舒适护理，比较2组的术前焦虑恐惧及术后疼痛等多项观察指标。结果2组患者术前均存在不同程度的骨折部位疼痛、肿胀、睡眠障碍以及焦虑、恐惧等心理障碍，经干预后研究组的上述指标改善程度均显著优于对照组。结论舒适护理能改善手外科骨折患者的心理和生理状态，促进康复。Objective In order to know the effects of comfortable nursing for patients with fracture of hand injury. Methods Selected 152 patients with fracture of hand injury as the research group, and then selected 120 matched patients as the control group. Routine nursing care was used in the control group, while the comfortable nursing was used in the research group in addition. Compared the preoperative anxiety and postoperative pains between the two groups. Results The preoperative anxiety existed in both the two groups, while after the nursing intervention, the indexes was improved more significantly in the research group than those of in the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Comfortable nursing can ameliorate the psychological and physiological discomfort, and then promote the rehabilitation.
