摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对腹-会阴联合切除术（Miles术）患者心理的影响。方法随机将需要行Miles术的36例低位直肠癌患者分为观察组和对照组各18例。对照组按常规健康教育宣教，围手术期不进行特殊心理干预；观察组在常规健康教育基础上，于围手术期对患者进行相关疾病的心理干预。采用Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）测定患者心理状态。结果2组患者围手术期心理焦虑状态均高于正常，但观察组显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论正确的心理干预可使患者感到温馨、了解疾病相关知识和人工肛门的相关知识，消除焦虑情绪。Objective In order to know the influence of psychological intervention on the mental condition of patients with Miles operation. Methods Divided 36 patients with Miles operation into the observation group （18 cases） and control group （18 cases） randomly. Routine health education without any special psychological intervention was used in the control group, while psychological intervention was used in the observation group in addition in the course of perioperation. Compared the anxiety degree between the two groups by SAS. Results The anxiety degree in the two groups were higher than normal degree in the course of perioperation, while the degree in the observation group was significantly better than that of in the control group, P〈0.01. Conclusion Proper perioperative psychological intervention for patients with Miles operation can release their anxiety, strengthen their healthy ideas.
