摘  要:介绍七号信令网和基于IP技术的软交换网络,以及之间互通的几种信令适配协议,提出在现有GSM(全球移动通信系统)网上引入软交换端局的初期设计方案,采用M3UA协议、SG(信令网关)工作在信令转接点方式来构造软交换端局MSC(移动业务交换中心);结合M3UA协议在链路倒换倒回、路由重选机制上的欠缺,提出软交换端局和传统TDM(时分复用)端局之间的3种信令路由重选方案,在初期阶段优选方案3的设计方案。最后对未来IP承载的大规模软交换网络进行了展望。The No. 7 signaling and sofiswitching network based on IP are firstly described in this paper, at the same time, several adaptation protocols are put forward. Then the earlier scheme of introducing softswitching equipment as local MSC in GSM network is presented, which adopts M3UA protocol, with SG' s working as the way of signaling transfer point. Because of the shortcoming of M3 UA in reelecting routing mechanism, the three detailed ways of reelecting routing are analysed, and the third one is considered as a prior way in the earlier period. At last, the future of large-scale network which is based on IP technology is predicted.
