骶神经电刺激与托特罗定联合治疗40例女性特发性膀胱过度活动症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察骶神经电刺激与托特罗定联合治疗女性特发性膀胱过度活动症(IOAB)的疗效。方法将40例女性IOAB患者采用经皮穿刺电刺激骶3神经及口服托特罗定2 mg,1次/d,治疗3个月,观察治疗前后排尿记录及尿动力学参数,并通过治疗前后抑郁与焦虑的心理评分来分析患者的生活质量有无改善。结果治疗前后排尿记录及尿动力学参数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前后抑郁与焦虑的心理评分有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论骶神经电刺激与托特罗定联合治疗可改善女性IOAB患者的排尿功能障碍。Objective To analyze the efficacy of sacral neuromodulation combined with tolterodine in patients with female overactive bladder. Methods Forty idiopathic overactive bladder （IOAB） female patients accepted percutaneous stimulation of the sacral nerves at $3 and were treated with toherodine 2rag per day. Observation parameters included times of voiding, urine volume, urgency of micturition per day, and improvement of quality of life were studied by comparing depression and anxiety scores before and after therapy, Results There were significant improvements in 40 cases in terms of times of voiding, urine volume, and urgency of micturition per day, depression and anxiety scores. Conclusion Sacral neuromodulation combined with tolterodine provides good therapeutic effect for female primary overactive bladder and improves quality of life of patients
