摘　　要：目的探讨经胸彩色多谱勒超声心动图(TIE)在Amplatzer封堵器介入治疗先天性房间隔缺损中的临床应用价值。方法术前应用TTE筛选封堵术适应证患者38例,术中用TTE监测释放封堵器,即刻观察疗效,术后进行定期复查。结果37例房间隔缺损封堵成功,总成功率97.4%,1例因房间隔缺损34 mm、左心房较小使得封堵器无法释放而放弃。结论经胸彩色多谱勒超声心动图可用来筛选房间隔缺损封堵术病例,术中指导Amplatzer封堵器定位和释放,疗效评估和预后评价方面有不可替代的临床应用价值。Objective To study the clinical significance of transthoracic echocardiography （riTE） for interventional treatment of secundum atrial septal defect （ASD） with Amplatzer occluder. Methods TTE study was performed before the interventional therapy to select cases with the indication thirty-eight cases with ASD. The defect closures were monitored and guided with TTE throughout the procedure. The configuration of occluder, the instance of valve counter current and shunt around the occluder were observed. Results 38 cases were included according to TTE exam performed before therapy. The process of defect closure was monitored and guided by TTE during therapy. Configuration of Occluder, instance of valve counter current and shunt around the Occluder were also observed. Conclusion TTE is an useful approach for preliminary selection of appropriate ASD, guidance of locating and releasing Amplatzer occluders, and for observation of instant therapeutic effect. It is important for evaluation and prognosis assessment of ASD closure.
