大鼠电针镇痛效应的分群及其稳定性观察

摘　　要：对168例雌性大鼠行高频电针刺激，以辐射热甩属法为测痛指标，观察电针镇痛效果。结果表明：大鼠的电针镇痛效果有明显的个体差异性。用聚类分析的统计学方法，可分为优针效及劣针效大鼠两群，并且其针效至少在两天之内保持相对稳定。In this experiment, 168 female rats were stimulated with high-frequency elec-troacupuncture to observe the effect of electroacupuncture analgesia (EAA ) with radiant heat tail flick as pain- determing index. The result suggests that the effect of EAA on the rats shows marked individual variation,that the rats can be classified into high responder rats and low responder rats by cluster analysis,and that the effect of EAA can keep stable at least within two days.
