山楂注射液对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：为了提供临床应用山楂的实验依据，采用100％山楂注射液0．1ml给小鼠皮下注射，证实山楂射液对小鼠胸腺及脾重量、血清溶菌酶含量、血清血凝抗体滴度、T淋巴细胞转化率及T淋巴细胞酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶（ANAE）细胞百分率均有明显增高作用。山楂注射液对小鼠体液免疫及细胞免疫均有促进作用。To provide an experimenatal basis for the clinical application of craegus pinnatifida bge,the 100% injection of Craegus pinnatifida bge(subcutaneous)was given to the mice, 0. 1ml a day. It was proved that the injection of craegus pinnatifida bae could remarkably put on the weight of the thymus and spleen, raise the level of lysozyme content and the hemaggluti-nation antibody titre in the serum of the mice and increase the T lymphocyte transformation rate and the percentage of T lymphocyte ANAE cell. It is indicated that the injection of crae-gus pinnatifida bge has a promoting effect on the functions of humoral immune and cellular immune of the mouse
