32例鼠伤寒沙门氏菌医院感染调查

摘　　要：包头铁路医院于1991年3月～5月误收鼠伤寒沙门氏菌肠炎患者，在儿科病房造成交叉感染，共发生32例。男23例，女9例，多数为婴幼儿，其中2岁以内的26例，占81．25％。主要症状表现为发热，恶心呕吐，腹泻，大便多为黄绿色稀水样，便次在6～12次／日不等。经流行病学调查，显示32例患儿中8例为原发性感染，1例为在家接触感染，其余23例均为住院期间交叉感染。对儿科医护人员手及各品进行采样85份检查，检出6份鼠伤寒沙门氏阳性菌株。提示控制鼠伤寒沙门氏菌引起院内交叉感染的主要措施是加强医院的消毒隔离工作。Patients with salmonella typhimurium-caused enteritis,admitted by mistake into Bao-tou Railway Hospital without confirmed diagnosis from March to May in 1991,caused 32 cas-es of cross infection in the department of pediatrics (23 cases of the male and 9 cases of the fe-male), most of which are young babies (26 cases of the babies under 2 years old, accounting for 81.25% ),with such cardinal symptoms as fever, nausea t vomit,diarrhea,greenish-yel-low watery stools (6～12 times daily, irregularly). It was found that,after making epidemio logical investigation,there were 8 cases of primary infection,one case of contact infection at home, 23 cases of cross infection in hospital. 6 samples of positive strains of salmonella ty-phimurium were detected after examining 85 samples of the hands of the doctors and nurses,of the medical instruments and utensiles in the hospital. It is suggested that strengthening sterilization of the medical instruments and utensiles and isolation of the patients in the hos-pital is a leading measure to control and prevent salmonella typhimurium-caused cross infec-tion in the hospital.
