摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为多异氰酸酯组分、自制的新型梳状支链结构聚合物二醇(H-CPD)与聚己内酯二醇(PCLD)复配物为多元醇组分、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)作亲水性单体、三乙胺为中和剂、乙二胺作扩链剂制备了具有梳状支链结构的水性聚氨酯(CWPU),考察了NCO/OH摩尔比、H-CPD/PCLD的质量比、DMPA含量及其中和率等对梳状支链水性聚氨酯力学性能、粘接性能和耐水性的影响。结果表明,制备CWPU乳液的最适宜条件为:NCO/OH摩尔比为1.9、H-CPD/PCLD的质量比为40/60、DMPA的质量分数6.0%和中和率90%,在此条件下所制备的CW-PU具有较好的力学性能、粘接性能和较低的吸水率。A comb-branched waterborne polyurethane (CWPU) was prepared using the blends of comb- branched polmeric diols(H-CPD) with polycaprolactone diols(PCLD), IPDI, DMPA, triethyleneamine and ethyl- enediamine as materials. The effects of molar ratio of NCO/OH, DMPA content, degree of neutralization and mass ratio of H-CPD/PCLD on the mechanical property, water-resistance, particle size and adhesion of CWPU were studied. The results showed that the suitable processing parameters of CWPU were as follow nNco/noH = 1. 9, H- CPD/PCLD = 40/60, mass percentage of DMPA 6.0% and degree of neutralization 90%, and CWPU exhibited high tensile strength, good adhesive and low water absorption and the maximum T peel strength when prepared with the suitable processing.
