摘　　要：我国的劳动力市场尚处初级发育阶段,难以适应全球化背景之下市场经济快速发展的要求。因此,加强劳动力市场监管,促进劳动力市场机制的发育和完善,发挥其配置劳动资源的作用,成为中国劳动法制的当务之急。在开放的社会和世界性的经济环境下,以一种新的思维和观念来研究和探讨劳动力市场监管法律问题显得尤为重要。The labor market in China is still in its infant stage and can not adapt to the requirement of fast development of market economy under the background of globalization. Therefore, strengthening the supervision of labor market, accelerating the development and perfection of labor market mechanism, and exerting its role in allocating labor resources are the urgent tasks facing the rule of law in China＇s labor market. It is especially important to study and discuss the legal issues on labor market supervision with a new concept under the background of open society and global economy.
