复方丹参注射液治疗老年糖尿病性肾病的研究

摘　　要：通过５７例老年糖尿病性肾病患者（ＤＮ）对复方丹参注射液的疗效观察，寻求中药治疗老年糖尿病性肾病的途径。本研究对象全部符合早期糖尿病性肾病（ＤＮ）之诊断标准，不伴有高血压及其它引起蛋白尿的因素，均控制饮食及口服优降糖。分为对照及治疗两组，经４个疗程后复查尿微白蛋白、球结膜微循环及超氧化物岐化酶三项指标，结果表明了复方丹参注射液对老年ＤＮ有满意的疗效，并对中药丹参的活血化瘀及清除氧自由基治疗老年ＤＮ的作用机理及其药代学加以讨论。This study was designed to explore the way of curative effect of Compositus Salvia Miltiorrhiza on the old DN.57 cases old DN patients were selected, whose BS were controled in meal and glibenclamide, there were no hypertention, and protienurine resulted from other factors. They were divided into two groups. Compared with control group the following indexs,UMALb,MC, RBC SOD were measured before and after therapy. The result showed that there were significant curative effect with Compositus Saliva Miltiorrhiza on the old DN patients, but there were no toxic side effect. Finally,the mechanism of activiting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and clear away the oxygen derived free residues about this drug on the old DN patients was discussed slightly.
