建自习惯流产夫妇的高SCE B淋巴母细胞株生物学特征的研究

摘　　要：用EB病毒转化微量全血法建立了一对具高SCE特征的习惯流产夫妇的B淋巴母细胞株：JMSW-1，JMSW-2。细胞株平均倍增时间分别为45．5小时／代；48小时／代。常规染色体核型分析为正常核型且均保持高SCE特征。JMSW－1自发SCE为14．00次／每细胞，JMSW－2自发SCE为13．28次／每细胞。微核率分别为24．5‰；，20．5‰，加0．01μg／ml丝裂霉素C（MMC）处理，诱发SCE及微核率与正常细胞株相比均显著升高。JMSW－1诱发SCE为23．58次／每细胞，微核率42‰；JMSW-2诱发SCE为22．72次／每细胞，微核率39．5％；，夫妇双方自发、诱发SCE均高于正常对照组（P＜0．01）。A pair of β-lymphoblastoid cell line from a habitual abortion couple were established by micro-whole bldri method. Both the cell lines had the character of high SCE rate- The cell lines with normal karyotype were named JMSW- 1, JMSW-2 respectively. The results showed that both JMSW-1 and JMSW-2 had elevated SCE rate (14.00 times per cell, 13. 28 times per cell) ocs well as micro nudei rate (24. 5%n, 20.5‰). After treated with mito mytin (MMC ),the two cell lines increased magniticently ininduced SCE and micro-nudei rate compared withnormal control β-lymphoblestoid cell lines-
