新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病颅脑B超的研究

摘　　要：本文通过10例正常新生儿及49例缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）患儿，进行颅脑B超的对比性研究。通过研究发现：HIE患儿的颅脑B超部分为脑实质内局灶性、一过性的回声增强，另一部分则表现为脑实质内弥漫性回声增强或减低。并且还认为：HIE患儿的颅脑B超检查，宜在出生后一周内进行。这项研究对于HIE的临床早期诊断及判断预后有重要意义。Contrast study pass 10 normal neonates and 49 hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy patients by ultrasonography intracranial. Studies found that display in part to limited and swift to dissappeared of echo enhance by ultrasonud intracranial. Another discover spread all over the place of echo to enhanced or reduced. Besides think that fit examining time of the HIE patient within one week be born. This studies meaning is important to the early diagnosis and prognosis of judge in HIE patient.
