摘 要:目的探讨高职学生心理健康状况,为学院心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用自编大学生思想现状问卷调查表和SCL-90量表对高职学生1388人进行心理健康研究。结果①高职学生的心理问题比常模多,除了人际关系因子分与常模相同(P=1.000)外,强迫、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、焦虑、精神病性因子分等高于常模(P<0.05)。②不同年级的躯体化和恐怖因子分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),一年级高于二年级(P<0.05),二年级和三年级基本相同(P>0.05)。其余因子分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③除了女生人际关系敏感、焦虑和恐怖因子分均高于男生(P<0.05)外,其余男女生SCL-90各因子分基本相同(P>0.05)。结论高职学生存在着某些心理问题。高职学院应开展健康教育,重点是低年级学生和女生。Objective To explore the mental health status of higher vocational students in order to provide scientific basis for the mental health education in vocational college. Methods 1 388 higher vocational students were tested with self-edit questionnaire of thinking status and Symptom Check List(SCL-90). Results ① The higher vocational students had more psychological problems than the norm. The average factor scores of obsession, depression, hostility, phobia, anxiety, psychosis etc. were higher than the norm(P〈0.05), but the interpersonal relationship sensitivity was the same as the norm(P=1.000). ②The difference of average factor scores between somatization factor and phobic factor of SCL-90 among different grades was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Grade 1 was higher than grade 2(P〈0.05). Grade 2 was almost the same as grade 3(P〉0.05). Other factor scores differences among different grades were not statistically significant(P〉0.05). ③There were no significant differences(P〉0.05) on average factor scores of all SCL-90 between male and female students except that the scores of interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and phobic factor in female students were higher than those of male students(P〈0.05). Conclusion There were some mental problems in the higher vocational students. The mental health education should be developed in vocational college especially in low-grade students and female students.
