摘  要:采用弯曲和循环拉伸实验研究了新型Ti-3Zr-2Sn-3Mo-15Nb(TLM)钛合金的形状记忆和超弹性特性,探讨了变形温度、总应变和热处理对TLM钛合金形状记忆和超弹性的影响规律。实验结果表明新合金在热轧态和在α+β两相区固溶处理后比从β单相区固溶处理后具有较高的形变恢复率,最大可恢复应变可达1.8%.随着总变形应变增加,形变恢复率降低。从β相区固溶处理后TLM合金具有较好的超弹性,优于热轧态或时效处理后TLM合金的超弹性能。The shape memory effect and superelasticity of Ti-3Zr-2Sn-3Mo-15Nb (TLM) alloy were studied by bending test and tensile loading-unloading test. The effects of deformation temperature, total deformation strain and heat treatment condition on shape memory effect and superelasticity were investigated. The results of bending indicate that specimens hot rolled or cooled from α+β dual phase region have higher shape recovery ratio than that cooled from β single phase region. The maximum completely recovery strain reaches 1.8. The shape recovery ratio decreases with the increase of the total deformation strain which has been proved in many other beta titanium alloys. The TLM alloy specimen cooled from β single phase region in air exhibits a better superelasticity compared with that in hot rolling and aging conditions.
