摘  要:主要研究了自主研制的空心玻璃微珠涂料的隔热性能。通过隔热模型试验,考察了空心玻璃微珠涂料的隔热性能,对比了空心玻璃微珠含量比对涂料隔热性能的影响,并对其隔热机理和含量比的影响原因进行了探讨。指出空心玻璃微珠涂料是一种具有良好隔热性能的涂料,能产生明显的隔热效果,但过高的空心玻璃微珠含量比将对隔热性能产生劣化影响。In this paper, the thermal insulation performance of hollow glass bead coatings that be manufactured independently by ourselves was mainly studied. In terms of thermal insulation model tests, the thermal insulation performance of hollow glass bead coatings was investigated. Comparison was made on thermal insulation effect between different content percent of hollow glass bead, as well the factors that affect of thermal insulation mechanism and the content percent were discussed. Results points out that hollow glass bead coating is a favorable thermal insulation coating, it is found that the coatings can take on obvious thermal insulation effect, but the high content percent of hollow glass bead has degradable influence on thermal insulation performance.
