摘 要:连通管位移测量系统中,液体作为测量的特殊敏感元件,其动态特性研究的滞后一直制约着系统进行动态测量的应用。以等直径U型连通管为模型,推导了液体系统的传递函数,得到影响液体动态特性的上升时间、峰值时间、最大超调量和调整时间等4个时域性能指标,通过分析知连通管的直径、液体总长以及液体的运动粘滞系数是影响液体动态特性的主要因素,在此基础上,完成了动态特性实验。结果表明:实验值与理论推导值基本吻合,使用连通管式测量系统进行低频动态测量是可行的。Liquid is the special sensing unit in the connected pipe measurement system. The lag of its dynamic characteristic research restricts the system to be used in the dynamic measurement. A U pipe with equal diameter is used as the model, system transfer function is deduced and four important performance indexes in time domain are gotten, such as rise time, peak time, maximum overshoot and governing time, etc. They affect dynamic performances of the liquid. From analysis the diameter of pipe, total length and movement viscosity coefficient of liquid are key elements which influence dynamic characteristics of liquid. Dynamic characteristics experiment is finished on this foundation. The results show that experiment values are consistent with theoretical ones. It is feasible to use a connected pipe measurement system in low-frequency dynamic measurement.
