飞行员主观生活满意度中介评价因素研究

摘　　要：目的为今后建立我军飞行员生活质量评价机制提供依据。方法给予２７０名飞行员生活质量问卷、卡特尔１６种个性因素问卷、临床症状自评量表、社会支持量表、紧张性生活事件量表测评。结果飞行员主观生活满意度（ＳＬＳ）与客观生活状态、个性、心理健康水平、社会支持、生活事件因素均有显著或高度显著相关性。疾病患者对自身的心理、躯体健康的满意度明显的低。多因素分析揭示ＳＬＳ是由上述因素加期望值、年龄、疾病、飞行时间这些因素交互作用的结果。结论飞行员ＳＬＳ受多种中介因素的影响。Objective To provide the basis for theoretical framework in measurement of quality of life in pilots. Methods 270 pilots were investigated with Quality of Life Inventory, Cattell The Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire, Symptom Check List 90,Social Support Scale, Stressful Life Events Scale. Results It was found that the subjective life satisfaction (SLS) correlated to objective life quality,personality, mental health level, social support,stressful life events. Pilots with illness have lower satisfaction in mental health level and body state than normal control group. It was uncovered in a multiple factors analysis that the main factors contributed to SLS total score in pilots were objective life quality, expectation for life, life events, illness, personality.Conclusion SLS correlated to multipe psychosocial factors.
