摘　　要：针对市区3G基站站址偏移,从理论分析和仿真分析两个方面,直观地给出市区站址偏移不同的距离对网络质量产生影响的程度,并提出优化措施。It shows the site excursion influence on the quality of mobile communication network in the downtown area from theoretical and simulative aspects, and gives some optimization methods.
