摘　　要：对两种危险化学品运输管道进行了检测,发现了一些焊接缺陷。利用ANSYS软件对实际工况的管道进行了有限元分析,并对管道不同工况进行了强度分析和安全评定。采用BS 7910和GB/T 19624中规定的方法对检测发现的主要缺陷进行了断裂疲劳评定。分析结果表明,在正常工况下,一个检测周期内管道的强度、断裂和疲劳性能均能满足使用要求。Two pressure pipelines for delivering different dangerous chemicals were inspected, and several weld defects were checked out. Finite element calculation of the pipelines under actual operation cases were carried out with ANSYS software. The stresses of the pipelines under different cases were analyzed and assessed. The detected main defects were assessed by fracture and fatigue based on the British standard BS 7910 and Chinese standard GB/T 19624. Analysis and assessment results show that the pipelines are safe and fit-for-use under normal operating condition in period to next inspection.
