摘　　要：农产品加工业是农业向工业升级的"推进器"。广西在柑橘产业上要实现工业化生产,就离不开柑橘加工业的发展。分析广西柑橘加工业中存在的问题,对做大做强广西柑橘加工业进行了探讨。Farm product processing is the Engine of industrial country. To bring about a industrial country, Guangxi must improve the development of orange processing indnstry. In this paper, the current situation and problem of orange products processing industry is analyzed. Some counter measures of promoting the development of industry were put forward.
