摘  要:以实验为基础,提出一种双变量线性回归模型进行图像温度漂移补偿的新方法,较好地解决了非制冷IRFPA的图像输出因漂移造成图像测温偏差大的工业应用难题。文章中研究了环境温度对漂移的影响,分别用单变量、双变量,线性和非线性回归模型对温度漂移进行补偿;结果表明,温度补偿方法能明显改善图像测温精度;各种方法中,双变量线性回归模型校正效果最好,能有效地将图像测温精度提高一个数量级。Based on experiments, a new temperature drift compensation method of the infrared images was proposed here in dual-variable linear recursive model, which solved well the problem about the output images of uncooled IRFPA with big deviation of testing temperature caused by the drift. The effect of the variety of temperatures on the drift of the images was studied in this literature, and several compensation methods with single or dual variables were proposed in linear and nonlinear recursive models respectively to correct the temperature drift of the images. The experiments indicate that the compensation methods can obviously improve the accuracy of the testing temperatures, and among the methods, the linear recursive model with dual temperature variables has best result, which improves the accuracy of the tested temperatures by an order.
