摘　　要：目的:探索不同内径医用导管用不同的放置方法,经甲醛熏蒸消毒效果比较,获得准确的理论参数,为临床应用提供更科学的依据。方法:将不同内径的清洁导管管腔内注入大肠杆菌活菌液后吹干,分别按平放法和竖立法,用甲醛熏蒸消毒,取消毒好的导管中段5cm 放于肉汤培养基内,在36℃恒温箱内孵育48小时,对阳性结果进行细菌学鉴定。结果:A 组,竖立法灭菌阳性率为19%,平放法灭菌阳性率为67%;B 组,竖立法灭菌阳性率为0,平放法灭菌阳性率为50%;C 组,导管内径大,灭菌效果好,反之,灭菌效果差。结论:灭菌效果竖立法优于平放法,灭菌的阳性率与导管内径的大小有关。Objective:The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of formaldehyde fumigation of catheiers with different diameters,placed in different positions in order to gain accurate parameters for clinical practice.Methods:First of all,the lumen of various cleaned catheters were filled with a solution of live E.coli,and then dried by a drier,secondly,the catheters were divided into three groups and separate- ly fumigated by formaldehyde in horizontal or vertical position,last we cut 5cm length of the middle sec- tion from every sterilized catheters and placed it in an incubator at 36℃ for 48 hours with bouillon medi- um.Bacteriologic identification were done.Results:Group A,Positive culture rate is 19% fumigating ver- tically and 67% horizontal,Group B,it is 0 in vertical and 50% in horizontal position,Group C the diam- eter of the catheters is greater,the sterilization effect is better,Other it is worse.Conclusion:The sterilizat- ing effect of fumigation in vertical position is better than that of horizontal position,the positive culture rate after fumigating is related to the diameter of the catheters.
