摘  要:分析了传统潜望镜存在的缺陷和不足,介绍了一种全视场全天候新型光电潜望镜的原理及设计,并分别对二者在水面、浅水和深水的情况进行了对比和讨论,展现了新型潜望镜全视场、全天候、自主监控的优势所在。通过采用全新的设计和技术,新型潜望镜有效地解决了传统潜望镜存在的种种致命缺陷,实现了功能和性能的飞跃。The limitation and shortage of traditional periscope were analyzed, principle and design of a novel photoelectrical periscope with full eyeshot and suitable for all environment were introduced, instances of two on water surface, in low water, in deep water were compared and discussed, exhibited new type periscope's preponderances of full eyeshot, suitable for all environment and self-determination scout. By taking fire-new design and technology, the periscope of new type solves kinds deathful limitation exist in traditional periscope, realized the leap of function and performance.
