鄂冀两省高校教师健身活动的调查研究

摘　　要：用问卷调查方法对湖北、河北两省高校教师参与健身活动的现状进行调查,结果显示:绝大多数被调查者对体育的健身功能有一定的认知,健身需求较为积极,但认识比较肤浅、片面和狭隘,一般局限于直观层面;被调查者中有健身意向的占多数,但付诸行动并持之以恒者偏少。分析认为,加强体育价值观的宣传引导、加强组织,是当前高等学校群众体育工作的重点。Applying questionnaire,the author investigated the status quo of college teacher＇ physical exercise participation in Hubei Province and Hebei Province. The result showed that most of the volunteers had some understanding of sport fitness. However, their understanding was superficial. Only few of them did physical exercises. The key point of college sports was to enhance the guidance of sport value and organization of sport activities.
