胫骨开放性骨折外固定架术后应用复方骨肽注射液的临床效果分析(附108例报告)

摘　　要：目的 探讨复方骨肽注射液对开放性胫骨骨折外固定架术后的治疗效果。方法 选择胫骨开放性骨折患者108例,随机分为两组,每组均经清创后外固定架固定骨折。观察组54例术后采用谷强复方骨肽注射液,对照组54例服用骨折挫伤散。两组依据骨折愈合时间、疼痛改善及骨不连发生率等疗效判断标准判断其疗效。结果 随访12~24个月,平均18个月。骨折愈合情况：观察组治愈28例,显效13例,有效8例,有效率为90.8%,对照组治愈6例,显效11例,有效10例,有效率为50.0%。疼痛改善情况：治疗组显效32例,有效20例,有效率为96.3%;对照组显效28例,有效19例,有效率为87.0%。骨不连发生率：观察组为3.7%,对照组为14.8%。结论 复方骨肽注射液对胫骨开放性骨折外固定架术后的治疗效果确切,不良反应少。Objective To investigate therapeutical effect of complex bone peptide injected into patients in open tibia fracture cases fixed with external fixation. Methods The 108 in-patient with open tibia fracture were randomly divided into two groups. Debridement and external fixation were used for each of the two groups. Fifty-four patients in the therapeutical group were given compound bone peptide injection after operation while 54 patients in the control group were given powder for external application, a Chinese drug for fracture. Results The follow-up period ranged from 12 to 24 months with a mean of 18 months. In the therapeutical group of course of treatment,28 patients were healed, there was obvious effect in 13 patients and effect in 8 patients,with a cure rate of 90.8%. In the control group, 6 patients were cured, there was obvious effect in 11 patients and effect in 11 patients with a cure rate of 90.8%. In the therapeutical group of pain, there was obvious effect in 32 patients and effect in 20 patients, with a cure rate of 96.3 %. In the control group, there was obvious effect in 28 patients and effect in 19 patients with a cure rate of 87.0%. In the therapeutical group, the ununited rate is 3.7 % while in the control group is 14.8 %. Conclusions Using compound bone peptide injection is an effective and safe method with less side effect in treating open tibia fracture patients fixed with external fixation.
