摘 要:钼精矿分析中在以下两方面应用了微波技术:①重量法,测定钼时试样的消解及钼酸铅淀淀的灼烧;②测定油及水分总量时试样的干燥,对上述操作中微波炉的最佳工作功率作了试验和确定,应用这一改进后的方法所测得的结果与按国标方法所测得的结果作了对比,结果表明两者间无显著差异。但试样消解,沉淀灼烧以及试样干燥三项操作的速度,与常规方法相比,依次提高了10,4和6倍。Microwave technique was applied to the analysis of molybdenum concentrate in 2 aspects:①sample digestion and ignition of PbMoO_4 in the gravimetric determination of molybdenum;and②drying of sample in the determination of total oil and moisture.Optimum working power of the microwave oven and time necessary to carry out the above mentioned processes were tested and determined.Comparative studies were made between the results obtained by this modified method and by the GB standard methods and no significant differences were found. But the speed of sample digestion,precipitate ignition and sample drying were raised by 10,4 and 6 times higher than the conventional methods.
