摘　　要：目的探讨穴位按摩对前列腺肥大患者导尿成功率的影响。方法选取前列腺肥大患者91例,随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组在常规导尿方法的同时加用穴位按摩。对照组采用常规导尿方法。比较两组导尿方法成功率的情况。结果实验组的导尿成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),且患者依从性好。结论穴位按摩可作为前列腺肥大患者导尿时的一种辅助手段。Objective To investigate the effects of acupressure on successful rate of urethral catheterization in patients with prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Ninety-one patients with prostatic hyperplasia were recruited in the present study and they were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Patients in the experimental group were given conventional urethral catheterization with acupressure and those in the control group were given conventional urethral catheterization. The successful rates in urethral catheterization of patients were observed in both groups. Results The successful rate of urethral catheterization in experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈0.01） ;the patients in experimental group were more compliant. Conclusion Acupressure may serve as an adjuvant treatment for urethral catheterization of patients with prostatic hyperplasia.
