摘　　要：目的通过体检结果分析舟山市干部人群健康状况，并进行宣教与管理。方法受检对象为舟山市企事业单位的干部，男4500人，女2694人，年龄25～86岁，平均年龄（56±10．2）岁。以常规体检方法进行体检及血液生化、胸部X线摄片、心电图、B超等检查，对受检者进行健康宣教，增强健康保健意识。结果7194名受检人群中，检出慢性疾患者4999人，患病率为59．5％，慢性病种33种，以高血脂症及脂肪肝患病最高，分别为33．81％和20．34％。结论舟山市干部队伍健康状况不容乐观，必须加强健康保健意识。Objective To analyze the health status of cadres in Zhoushan based on the results of physical examinations. Methods The subjects were the cadres from enterprises and institutions in Zhoushan, including 4,500 males and 2 694 females, aged 25-86 years （averagely 56 ± 10. 2 years）. The examination included blood biochemistry examination, chest X-ray, electrocardiogram,B ultrasound examination and so on. Health education was given to them in order to increase awareness of health care among them. Results Thirty-three kinds of chronic diseases were found in 4999 cases（59.5%）, with fatty liver disease（33.81%） and hyperlipidemia （20.34%） to be the most prevalent ones. Conclusion The health condition of cadres in Zhoushan is not optimistic and health education should be given to enhance the awareness of health care.
