关节镜辅助下对胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗与疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨在关节镜下对胫骨平台骨折的治疗方法与疗效。方法应用关节镜监视下复位固定塌陷及分离移位治疗胫骨平台骨折44例。结果44例骨折均在3～4个月骨性愈合,未出现感染、切口愈合不良和骨筋膜间隔综合征等早期并发症。随访6～36个月,未观察到创伤性膝关节炎和膝关节内翻、外翻畸形。结论关节镜监视下治疗胫骨平台骨折不需打开关节,具有损伤小、操作安全、能同时发现和处理关节内合并症、术后康复快的优点。Objective To introduce the treatment of tibial plateau fractures under arthroscope and the recent clinical outcomes. Methods Using the arthroscope to treat 44 patients with tibial plateau fractures. Results The 44 patients were all healed within 3 -4 months, with no severe complications such as poor wound healing, infection of osteofascial compartment syndrome. All patients that were followed up for 6 - 36 months showed no traumatic knee osteoarthritis, inversion or eversion of the knee. Conclusion The treatment to tibial plateau fractures under arthroscope has slight damage and is safe in operation, through which we can discover and handle joint complications at the same time.
