承接服务外包:新开放观下中国提升国际分工地位的有效途径

摘　　要：新开放观认为,转变外贸和外资增长方式,不断提升中国在国际分工中的地位,分享与中国贸易地位相适应的贸易利益,已经成为开放型经济持续发展的主题。全球新一轮以服务业为主导的国际产业转移为这一主题的破解提供了契机,中国应抓住这一机遇,积极承接离岸服务外包,为开放型经济的科学发展培育新的增长点。New thinking on opening-up policy indicates that in order to obtain sustainable economic development, China needs to change its way of foreign trade growth, raise its status in International division of labour and share its relevant intrests in trade. The trend of international industrial transformation which towards an emphasized role of service sector provides an opportunity for China. We should initiatively participate in global service outsourcing and turn it into a new base of economic growth.
