监狱劳动的人性化分析——以罪犯权利保护为视角

摘　　要：监狱劳动是伴随着刑罚的执行而出现的,但不能说明它就像刑罚那样具有强烈的惩罚性,监狱劳动在执行过程中不应该脱离其改造罪犯的目的,更不应该附加刑罚的惩罚性色彩,而是要重视罪犯劳动权利和被害人权利的保护,监狱劳动的人性化改革势在必行。Prison-labor is accompanied by the implementation of the penalty, but did not show it has a strong punishment as the penalty. Prison labor in the implementation process should not he divorced from its purpose of rehabilitation of offenders, it shouldn＇t he attached to punitive color instead, attention should be paid to protecting the rights of victims and offenders of labor rights, the humanity reform of the prison-labor is very imperative.
