摘 要:从长江口及两个长江口边滩水库(陈行水库和宝钢水库)采集水样,在人工气候室内进行了藻类增殖潜力研究。结果表明,在完全不添加营养成分的前提下,在培养未灭菌水样时蓝绿藻可成为优势种而大量增殖;在灭菌水样中人工接种铜绿微囊藻时,该藻的藻细胞数最大现存量可达5.65×106个/mL。另一方面,采用遮光控藻思路,在上海交通大学致远湖中设置软体浮式人工围隔,待其发生水华后将围隔遮光,7d后叶绿素a从发生水华时的176.9μg/L降至21.4μg/L。因此,使用遮光技术可以达到有效控藻的目的。The algae growth in three water samples, collected from Changjiang estuary and two estuary reservoirs (Chenhang Reservoir and Baogang Reservior), were studied in a climate controlled lab chamber. Without adding N/P nutrients, blue-green algae reproduced quickly and became the dominant phytoplankton in the raw water samples. The maximum algae density in the sterilized samples was 5.65× 10^6 cells/mL at 28 ℃(12 days after inoculation of Microcystis aeruginosa ) demonstrating high algae growth potentials of the three source waters. After an algae outbreak was induced (by adding N/P nutrients) in two mesoeosms (1.2 m× 1.2 m, 1.4 m deep) on Lake Zhiyuan of Shanghai Jiaotong University; a black PE sheet was employed to cover one of them to determined the effectiveness of light shading for algae control. Shading was highly effective for algae control; the Chl-a concentration of the shaded mesocosm declined to 21.4 μg/L(from 176.9 μg/L) in 7 days. The shading reduced the light intensity of the water body and thus slowed down the photosynthesis. At a light intensity of 400 lx, which was measured at about 0.30 m deep of the covered water at noon, the photosynthesis of new algae was equal to the respiration loss.
