摘 要:从土壤和活性污泥中筛选获得性能稳定、对高岭土悬浮液的絮凝率达75%以上的菌株20株,其中编号为Ⅰ-18的菌株培养液对高岭土悬浮液的絮凝率达85%以上,经鉴定为球形芽孢杆菌Bacillus sphaericus。实验表明,该菌株以质量分数为2%的蔗糖为碳源,以质量分数均为0.15%的蛋白胨与尿素组合为氮源;生长与分泌絮凝剂的合适温度为30℃,适宜的pH为7.0,最佳培养时间为80h。利用该微生物絮凝剂处理水性油墨废水效果明显,15min浊度去除率达98.7%。20 bacterial strains that can produce microbial flocculants were isolated from activated sludge and soil by means of the regular bacteria isolation and purification procedure. And a particular strain, named Ⅰ-18, which can produce microbial flocculant with a flocculating efficiency of 85 % against kaolin suspension was further selected from these 20 strains. It was identified as Bacillus sphaericus. The results of the test showed that the favorable substrates for flocculant formation were: sucrose 2 % concentration as carbon source, urea 0.15 % with peptone 0.15G as nitrogen sources. Other optimal factors of for the production of the flocculant were temperature at 30-34 ℃ ,pH of 7.0 and a growth time of 80 h. The produced flocculant could purify a wastewater of water-based ink effectively in laboratory tests with the turbidity removal of approximately 98.7 % after 15 min of flocculation.
