摘 要:针对污水处理工艺设计多目标、多指标,以及确定性与多种不确定性共存的特点,将集对分析理论用于污水处理工艺设计的优化决策,拓展了结构函数同异反联系度的概念;在确定权重时引入熵权修正广泛应用的层次分析法的主观权重,一定程度上解决了信息丢失问题;其独特的稳定性分析通过基序分析其稳定区域,判定扩展序的存在,保证了决策的准确性和可靠性.方法的有效性通过实例研究得到了验证.实例考察了某污水处理厂的4种候选方案,即A2/O法、三沟式氧化沟、厌氧单沟式氧化沟和SBR法.结果表明,对该污水处理厂而言,厌氧单沟式氧化沟为最佳方案,综合效益最高.所得排序稳定,不存在扩展序.Considering the characteristics of multi-objective, multi-index and coexistence of certainty and uncertainties, set pair analysis theory was introduced into wastewater treatment process design optimization. The concept of structural function, that is, identity-discrepancy-contrary connection degree was developed. Furthermore, a subjective and objective integrated approach to determine weights was applied to avoid information loss. The unique stability analysis for basic ranking to determine other extra ranking could ensure the veracity and stability of decision results. The effectiveness of the approach was verified through case study. For some municipal wastewater treatment plants, four alternatives (A2 /O, triple oxidation ditch, anaerobic single oxidation ditch and SBR) were evaluated and compared. The results showed that anaerobic single oxidation ditch was the optimal scheme and could obtain the maximum general benefits. The resultant ranking was stable and there was no extra ranking.
