摘　　要：《建设项目经济评价方法与参数》(第三版)的发布,将建设项目经济评价工作的重要性提到了前所未有的高度。此文简要介绍新版《方法与参数》的主要变化,分析了新版《方法与参数》是如何从3个层面规范建设投资项目的经济评价工作的,并对其实施的重要性做了概括。The issuance of the Methodology and Parameters of Economic Evaluation on Construction Projects （third edition） has raised the importance of economic evaluation on construction projects to a height ever seen in history. This article makes a brief introduction on the main changes in the Methodology and Parameters of the new edition and standardizes in three levels the work of economic evaluation on capital construction projects before giving a summary on the importance of implementation of the same.
