摘　　要：本文以5-氯戊酰氯和对氨基苯甲醚为起始原料,优化了合成新型药物西洛他唑的工艺。该合成工艺原料易得、反应条件温和、避免了使用毒性较大的氰化物,无严重的环境污染,适合于工业化生产。The paper optimized the technical process of the synthesis of cilostazol with 5 - chlorine valeryl chloride and p - anisidine. Materials of the synthesis are easy obtained. The conditions of reaction are geniality and cyanide is not used in the reaction. It is friendly to environment which is fit for industrialization.
