摘　　要：确定指标体系是划分主体功能区的依据,指标确定的适宜性是划分主体功能区能否成功的关键。在深入研究全国主体功能区指标体系确定的基本思路和初步确定的15项指标基础上,并充分考虑河南省经济和社会发展的情况下,提出了确定河南省划定主体功能区指标体系的基本原则,并初步提出了适合河南省省情的主体功能区规划指标体系,同时就构建主体功能区规划指标体系的若干问题进行探讨。According to the determination of the index system, the main functional regions can be divided. The proper index determination is the key for dividing the main functional regions successfully. Having in depth studied the basic ways of the national index system determination, 15 indexes are primarily determined, and concerning the economic and social development of Henan province, we put forward not only the basic principles of determining the index system for dividing the main functional regions, but also the index system of planning the main functional regions suitable for the situation of Henan, while discussing some problems about how to build the index system for planning the main functional regions.
