摘　　要：较全面地论述了建筑市场专业化分包体系形成的必然性、建筑企业专业化的特点,分析了现阶段我国分包管理的常见问题及解决办法,并对未来建筑工程项目分包管理的发展进行了展望。It discusses the necessity generating special subcontract system in architectural market and the special characteristics of the architectural enterprise, and analyzes the common problems and corresponding solving methcds in the present subcontract management in our country, which will brings forward expectation to the subcontract management in the architectural project item.
