摘　　要：针对秦安葫芦河大桥的病害情况及产生的原因,通过对大桥的成功改造设计介绍了甘肃省在进行双曲拱桥旧桥加固改造设计时使用的新方法,为日后旧桥加固改造设计积累了设计经验。This paper covers the disease situation of Hulu River Bridge in Qin＇ an, the reasons which cause the disease, and also the details of the process of the old bridge strengthening design and the method which it used in Gansu. This can make valuable experiences for the double arch bridge strenghing.
