摘　　要：网络时代期刊出版产业链具有独立性、高端性、稳定性的特点。以数据库运营商为代表的新型网络出版在产业链中的地位正在不断加强,期刊的发展要依靠技术创新、积极探索市场化道路、加强自身核心价值建设。predominance strengthened i inovations on the competitio The industry chain of periodic publication has characteristics of relative independence, and stability. The role of WEB publishers, esp. the corporations of database, has been n the industry chain of publication. Conventional journals have to depend on the their techniques, transmission to the market, and establishment of the self core values to win n in the age of internet.
