摘  要:模拟注入井射孔眼内高流速条件,测定了不同分子量的900mg/l聚合物溶液流经不同渗透率天然岩心后的粘度损失,考察了粘度损失率与岩心渗透率(0.02—1.91μm2)、岩心渗流速度(100—600m/d)、聚合物分子量(500—1960万)的关系。在河南油田聚合物驱先导试验井进行的分子量1500万溶液单井注入返排试验中测得溶液粘度损失为≤17.5%,与室内岩心实验结果一致。The viscosity reduction of the aqueous solutions of polyacrylamides of molecular mass (5.0-19.6)×10 6 in concentration 900 mg/l flown through a lot of natural cores from a pilot polymer flood area in Henan with water permeability 0.02-1.91 μm 2 at core flow velocity in range 100-600 m/d is studied. The solution viscosity losses are increased with decreasing the core permeability and with increasing the core flow velocity and the polymer molecular mass. The core results are in agreement with the field data obtained from the polymer solution (molecular mass 1.50×10 6) injected into and flown back from the same well at the pilot area, the viscosity losses being ≤17.5% of the initial values.
