肺康复对COPD患者肺功能和活动耐力的影响

摘　　要：目的研究康复训练对COPD缓解期患者肺功能的改善情况。方法COPD缓解期患者60例,随机分成2组:康复组和对照组,康复组进行3个月的康复锻炼,对照组则无,2组分别于治疗前后进行呼吸困难评分、肺功能和6min步行测试。结果康复锻炼对COPD缓解期肺功能改善的有效率为70.16%,有显著意义。结论康复锻炼有改善COPD缓解期患者肺功能的作用。Objective To observe the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation on the improving of pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods Sixty patients suffering from COPD were divided into two groups randomly： the training group （n = 30） and the control group（ n = 30）. Patients in the training group received additional lung functional exercise of 3 months based on the routine therapy while the control group not. The score of dyspnea ,pulmonary function and 6- minute walk test were evaluated before and after the treatment. Results The pulmonary function in training group was improved significantly after treatment and the effective rate was 70.16%. There was significant difference in pulmonary function between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve pulmonary function in patients with COPD.
