摘  要:目的了解护理人员在职教育、学术及科研情况及其影响因素,为制定护理人员继续教育对策提供依据。方法两阶段分层整群抽样方法确定调查对象,研究者设计问卷,对被调查者进行调查前培训后由被调查者自填问卷,共调查4152人,问卷应答率99.7%。结果对在职培训、学术与科研影响因素进行的单因素分析结果显示护理人员年龄、工作年限、学历、职称、婚姻状况是主要因素。而Logistic回归分析表明年龄、职称、学历和婚姻状况是影响"是否外出进修"的主要因素;年龄、职称、学历是影响"是否参加培训班"和"是否参加科研项目"的主要因素;工作年限、职称、学历是"是否参加学术交流会"的影响因素;"是否发表论文"的影响因素有工作年限、职称、学历及婚姻状况。结论领导重视,要加强护理队伍全员培训;在职培训要因人而异,突出重点;重视护士技术水平和科研能力的培养提高;加强综合管理,调动护理人员工作积极性。Objective To investigate the status of continuing education and scientific research of hospital nurses and its influencing factors, and develop the countermeasure for hospital continuing education of nursing staffs. Methods Two-stage stratified and cluster sampling was adopted and self-administered questionnaires were used among 4 152 hospital nurses trained or on trained. The questionnaire response rate was 99.7%. Results The Logistic analysis showed that the main factors to influence the continuing education ( on Learning and attending the courses) and scientific research ( participating in research projects and Academic exchanges ;publishing papers ) of hospital nurses were age, marital status, years of nursing, the title of professional post and edueation level. Conclusions Health leaders should attaeh great importanee to the eontinuing education for all hospital nurses, set up different training measures aeeording to the eharaeteristies of different types of nurses, reinforce the training of professional skills and research abilities of hospital nurses, strengthen overall management and stimulate the initiatives of nurses.
