摘　　要：通过介绍徐汉卿教授治疗银屑病、黄褐斑的经验,说明其在银屑病治疗方面重视辨证施治,异病同治;在黄褐斑治疗方面初期以疏肝理气为主,方用逍遥散加减;日久以活血理气,补血养荣为主,方用桃红四物汤加减;对于脾虚湿盛的患者等以健脾除湿,养血祛风为主,方用血竭白扁豆汤,并重视沙棘油的应用。Pro. Xu Hanqing~ experience in treating psoriasis and chloasma were introduced in this paper. For treating psoriasis, he emphasized on determining the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and treating different diseases with the same method; for treating chloasma, dispersing and rectifying the depressed liverqi is important at the early stage with modified Xiao Yao Powder as the prescription, and after that, we should emphasize on promoting blood and qi circulation and enriching blood for tonic effects with Tao Hong Si Wu decoction as the prescription; for pa- tients with excessive dampness due to deficiency in spleen, we should attach importance to invigorating spleen to remove dampness and enriching blood to clam endogenous wind with Xue Jie Bai Bian Dou decoction as the prescription, and pay equal attention to the application of Hippophae rhamnoider oil.
