摘　　要：目的建立接骨续筋胶囊中柚皮苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Phenomenex ODS2（5μm，250mm×4．6mmID）。流动相为乙腈-水-醋酸（22：78：2）；流速为1．0mL·min^-1；柱温为25℃；检测波长283nm；进样量10斗L。结果柚皮苷在0．04664～0．4664g范围内，其峰面积值与进样量有良好的线性关系，且相关系数良好（r=0．9994）；平均加样回收率为97．7％，（RSD=1．13％，n=6）。结论该方法简便可行，重现性好，可很好的应用于接骨续筋胶囊中柚皮苷的含量测定。Objective： To develop a method for the determination of naringin in Jiegu Xujin capsules. Methods HPLC method was adopted in which the separation of naringin was performed on Phenomenex ODS chromatographic column; The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile ： water ： acetic acid（22：78：2） with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min ^- 1 and detection wavelength of 283 nm. The temperature of column was 25℃. Results The linear range of naringin was0.04664 - 0. 4664？ g （ r = 0.9994） ,the average recovery rate was 97.7 % （ RSD = 1.13 % ,n =6）. Conclusion The established method is simple, feasible, fast, accurate, reproducible and reliable to operate and suitable for the quality control of Jiegu Xujin Capsules.
